‘Personal Care’ means assisting
people in performing various
routine personal care tasks that
they previously would have
been able to do easily but now
find challenging.
These include:

of Care Services to suit the
needs of different people.
We have been helping people
to remain in their own homes
as independently as possible
for over 20 years.
How will Care be Organised?
A Dependability manger will
visit you and your family at
home or hospital. Listening and
taking account of your needs. A
Care Plan will be agreed and
tailored to your needs for each
visit. This will be reviewed with
you and your family.

extra help with household
cleaning, preparing meals,
getting dressed or support with

What is a Care Package?
A care package is a
combination of services put
together to meet a persons
assessed need as
part of a Care Plan.
What is a Care Plan?
A persons Care Plan defines
exactly what the person needs
to be cared for and forms the
care contract.
